We begin drawing out her design.

Once she decides on a style we begin!

Every Link is painstakingly carved out of a special type of wax.

After they are all carved we do a process called Lost Wax Casting.

We put the wax links in the oven, and melt all the wax out. They we pour in her gold.

And… if all goes well we end up with all her links. Ready to be polished. One at a time!

And soldered ONE at a Time!

Here Brittany is lining up each link and adding a bead between them for decoration and length.

And here we have the finished product!
